Author of ‘The Story of Jim’, James Fellows will be at The Kings Head Pub for Book Signing
Just before Christmas, author James Fellows will be signing the copies of his book ‘The Story of Jim’. On Friday, 21/12/18, James will be at The Kings Head Pub, Lichfield Staffordshire on the occasion of the Staffordshire's "Old Comrades Association" celebration of the regiments FEROZESHAH battle honour's anniversary. The event will commence at 1 pm and shall last till 5 pm. Make sure you get your copy signed. ‘The Story of Jim’ is an autobiography of a British born World War II soldier. In this book, he has conferred the eventful journey of his life. He served military and later moved to Canada. He shared his accounts as a soldier and paratrooper in Germany, Northern Island, Malaya, and Hong Kong during the war. Afterwards, he also worked as an engineer and engineering manager, and assisted immigrants like himself. Later he took two years to break from engineering and travelled through Antarctica. He moved to Vermont and Ohio, USA, to further his career in engineering. Later at the age of 45, he moved back to the UK on the insistence of his family. After losing his life partner, he opted to get admission in Royal Hospital of Chelsea, where many other retired soldiers reside. There he enjoyed wood carving, painting, ceramics and writing ‘The Story of Jim’.
