Leslie Eva Toyloe will be holding a book signing for her upcoming novel, I’m Fishing with Pop-Pop Today. The book signing will take place at Thyme in a Basket's Christmas Open House, 325 Queen Street, Tappahannock, VA, on 6th November 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I’m Fishing with Pop-Pop Today is an adorable children’s read about a little girl named Rosie, enjoying a fishing trip with her Pop-Pop, told through a series of playful illustrations. Although Rosie knows she is not allowed to use the fishing equipment on her own, she is determined to catch her fish. Read more about Rosie’s journey here. Leslie Eva Toyloe graduated with a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland. She went on to work in the federal government for many years, after which she worked as an elementary school substitute teacher. Her own life experiences inspired her to start writing I’m Fishing with Pop-pop Today, her first book. She currently resides in Virginia on a 78-acre farm with her partner.
