Make it to resemble a man
Sans emotions of any kind
Ignorant of pain and pleasure
Cold: bereft of heart and soul
One to kill at my command.

Come to Spooks Lodge, come if you dare
Search for the secrets that are hidden there!
NOBODY you meet, you hold his hand.
Isn’t life wonderful? Isn’t it grand?
But turn a wrong corner, tread where spiders abide,
And it could be Rosie who walks by your side.
Stop for a chat, drink a warm cup of tea,
That blueberry muffin, was it really from me?

As Sofia continues to move in and settle into her new life in a small town, she begins to uncover the biggest mystery the town has ever kept hidden, a mystery going back to when the town was first founded. Is she prepared for what she will uncover, or will she herself become part of the mystery? What happened at the Ashwood Farmhouse?
Off the west coast of Ireland, in the storm-lashed Atlantic, lies the island of Conlethe. Here, the Morrighan, goddess of war and death, sets in motion a dark plan through her earthly avatar.
This plan, years in the making, is designed to restore her full power and bring her back to Earth. As vengeance for her long exile, she intends to unleash chaos, death, and destruction. The world’s current conflicts would seem like mere skirmishes if the Morrighan succeeds.
Brigid Conlethy is deep in grief after the deaths of her mother and brother. She is unsure of herself and unaware that she is the daughter of the Morrighan’s avatar. To stop the goddess’s return, Brigid must discover her true identity and unlock the power that lies dormant within her.
Even the island seems to resist her, corrupted by ancient darkness. With courage, raw magic, and the help of a few unexpected allies, Brigid must find a way to turn the tide, stop the Morrighan’s plan, and survive.
