Christ Crucified
In Jesus’ time, his acts of healing and various demonstrations were phenomena that captivated many. Countless people experienced healings, mental restorations, and even resurrections. These events, labelled as ‘miracles’ by the emerging church in subsequent decades and centuries, unfortunately downplayed Jesus’ genuine impact on humanity by framing it as supernatural or otherworldly. Intriguingly, several of his disciples and followers carried forward his legacy, healing and teaching in Judea and surrounding regions with notable success.
Imagine if this legacy had expanded exponentially and received unwavering support. It could have reshaped society on a global scale. A world transformed where harmony reigns, where wars are unthinkable, and where many of our modern-day institutions, like the healthcare system and the pharmaceutical industry, might not even exist due to widespread health and prosperity.
Such potential underscores the magnitude of the missed opportunity. Yet, it also emphasizes that it’s never too late for a renaissance of such profound teachings and practices.

Eternity
This thoughtful book explores fundamental questions about life on Earth – how did we get here, and what sustains us? For generations humanity has relied on natural cycles that predate us - seasonal rains to nourish crops, a hospitable climate – but who or what engineered this system perfect for human life?
Author John Hall posits that there may be an omnipresent creative force behind not just the climate, but a wholesome world rich in all we need to thrive. As the human population expands faster than ever, we depend more than ever on natural patterns outside of our control. By pondering the origins of this miraculous ecosystem made for humankind, we gain perspective on an intelligence greater than our own, one that designed the ideal conditions for our eternity on this planet and beyond. This provocative book urges us to reflect on the deeper roots below the surface of life as we know it.

Religion and its Origins in Human Psychology: A View through History
In an era of scientific dominance, why does religion still maintain an unshakeable grip over so many lives, dramatically impacting world events? Why did humanity first develop religious constructs and institutions? How has our relationship with the divine evolved over civilisation’s history? This book chronicles religion’s enduring role across millennia - its profound shaping of both individuals and societies. Reviewing psychological theories, it explores the evolution of our inherent need to interact with gods and the supernatural. Religion was our original “science” - humanity’s first response to the natural world and our place within it.
Since then, two major transitions have revolutionised our religious approach. First, the emergence of teachers like Zoroaster, Jesus and Mohammed introduced personal and social accountability. Today, science and nationalism inherit many attributes once exclusive to faiths. Throughout history, religion also empowered rulers who claimed special divine sanction to exert authority and wage war. Despite an uneasy coexistence with science, religion perseveres because it continues answering profound human requirements at personal and collective levels.
This is the innate legacy that ensures religion’s hold over life and world affairs is unlikely to ever diminish.

You Better Stand Your Watch - A Call To Being A Spiritual Leader In The Workplace
The surge of spirituality in the workplace is not necessarily about religion, but about sharing an inner desire to find meaning in what we do. Written for those who are called to being a spiritual leader at work, this book addresses the issues that spiritual leaders face when encouraging spirituality at work, both for the benefit of the individual and the organisation. It explores factors that hinder progress in a multicultural and religious workplace setting and provides leadership and decision-making models to fit. Standing your watch or remaining loyal to the Lord is a key success factor. The text is based on the Bible book of Ezekiel - a narrative history that was written by the prophet Ezekiel in approximately 511 BC. Your purpose as a spiritual leader in the workplace is to sound the alarm to wake up the office and encourage the employees to allow God to be present. This book is a great how-to guide.

The Unwitting Fundamentalist
How and why religious fundamentalism has come to exist is an important issue, rarely explored in detail without an underlying agenda. In this discursive and absorbing investigation, Andrew Norman has addressed this complex question in an intellectual, yet thoroughly comprehensible manner. Each aspect of religion is covered; not just fundamentalism itself, but why some religions have prophets and some don’t; why some have one deity and others several; and how science has shed new light on many aspects of the religious experience. Whether you are interested in fundamentalism or simply how man has become such a religious animal, and remains so, The Unwitting Fundamentalist is an absorbing read.

Keys to Keeping Eternity in Mind, the Most Important Decision in Life - Make a Choice: Heaven or Hell
Many are concerned with the uncertainty of life after death, eternity, heaven and hell. Hence, this book is timely and crucial for all in order to provide clear understanding from Biblical standpoints and to gain in-depth comprehension of what the Bible says on these subjects.Jesus' illustration of the Kingdom of God in Luke 16:19-31 is to give us an insight into eternity and to reveal to us that our present existence on earth is an opportunity to help us prepare for our eternity location. It is on earth that our choice of eternity placement will be made, and we have been given the opportunity to make decisions on our eternity placement"”Heaven or Hell, where there will be no more change.Once we enter eternity, we have entered a reality of no change and no going back. It is a place of permanence. So, the years of our existence on earth give a great opportunity for us to prepare for our eternity location, and for us to make informed decisions on our eternity placement"”Heaven or Hell. What about the works that you do? Do they promote God's Kingdom, or do they promote self or the devil? It is very important that you ponder on your lifestyle, choices and decisions, and start living right from today. You do not want to miss such a great opportunity made available to you"”Heaven.

Humans Evolved, People Were Made
If you believe in God but recoil from the way some people think that science has the answer to everything, and that the theory of Natural Selection can account for people without the need for God, you will find this book informative and inspiring. While reading it you will learn about the relationship between science and theology. You will be informed about the development of evolutionary science, from Lamarck to the present. You will understand the limitations of science and that Natural Selection is thought to be less important now. You will become aware of the difference between humans and people. How it was that people’s fear of each other led to sedentism and agriculture ten thousand years ago. You will learn more about the work of Charles Darwin, including his genetic theory, Pangenesis, and the writing on evolution by his contemporaries, Wallace and Chambers. You will see how the words of the Bible can be aligned with the material record of archaeology and how the timeline of development of people is different from that of animals. You will be interested in the proposal that God made people by an upgrade of the human, which must have happened just before the migration out of Africa, about 65,000 year ago. Only God could have given the ancient humans a soul, language and the intellect and immortality which go with them. This changed them into the people we are now, to make one living creature that could talk to God.

Unforgotten
This book is an attempt to bring comfort to anyone who may feel lonely, abandoned, or simply living on the margins of life. People who may be suffering from a feeling of having been forgotten by society and even by God. I have written it in the form of a series of reflections that engage with such feelings and try to offer a healing response. The book began life as a series I wrote, and still write, for residents of local care homes, where people have been locked down and felt locked away from those they love and who love them.
More broadly this book also deals with issues that anyone may be forced to confront in their daily lives and links them to key moments in the Bible where we need to get support from each other and to experience the loving wisdom and commitment of God to every one of us. Each reflection focuses on a single issue and is composed of a Biblical passage (usually), a personal reflection, and finally a brief prayer of encouragement.
I have avoided complex Biblical analysis and obscure theology. Each chapter is complete in itself, so this is a book that can be dipped into as well as read in sequence. My hope is that what I have written may in some small way be of help and sustenance to people who need to know deep down that, whatever life may throw at them, they are always Unforgotten by the God who created and loves them. Because, as Isaiah reassures us, God ‘has written your name on the palm of his hands, from all eternity.’
