The Needle And The Damage Done is an autobiography of Dr Patrick Treacy who wanted to become a doctor from a young age and actually smuggled cars to raise money. After an accidental jab of HIV infected needle, he went through a lot of turmoil and eventually moved to New Zealand. After that, he started to work as a doctor. Later on, he was also arrested in Baghdad. The book covers his journey of working in Australia and Dublin and becoming a pioneer in the field of cosmetic surgery.
