Max Edwards As Parlow From L. J. Nilsson's Book Wins the Book Week Contest

In honour of the Book Week, a contest was held in Australia. To participate in the contest, Max Edwards from Melbourne represented the book “Mangrove Sands” written by one of our authors, L. J. Nilsson. He participated in the book contest by dressing up as the main character, Parlow. He shared his pictures with the author wearing the costume.

Mangrove Sands is written to inspire and educate children who face endless difficulties as life takes a kick start. The story is about four children who are poor and attend the same school. One of them is Tommy, who is offered a better life by Parlow. The other children are taken to the underwater sea in another world of hope. Click here to read more of this story.

L. J. Nilsson is born in Melbourne, Australia. She moved to Sweden for a job and graduated from the USA. She is a qualified mentor who herself faced epilepsy and anxiety, yet managed to win several achievements.
