Catherine Routley, the author of Auditory Processing in the Classroom to visit WHSmith, Uxbridge to attend her Book Signing Event

The author of Auditory Processing in the Classroom, Catherine Routley will be visiting WHSmith, Uxbridge to attend her book signing event. The will be giving awareness about the children and students down with Auditory Process Disorder (APD). She will talk about the challenges faced by students with APD. This is a great opportunity for the teachers to learn about the techniques to overcome the difficulties they face while teaching such special students. The readers will have the chance to get the signed copies by Catherine Routley.


The Auditory Processing in the Classroom is the book about the awareness of Auditory Process Disorder. The book primarily focuses on the strategies that should be adopted by the teachers in the classroom to create an environment where learning is easy and effective for the students down with this disorder. The book covers the different theories of practices suggested for the teachers by experts to make themselves aware of the disorder and how they can help such special students in learning. The book will also help in raising the awareness about APD. 

Catherine Routley works as a consultant for students having APD. She has worked as an Education Audiologist with many education authorities and is still working in this area. She has also been a teacher for deaf students. Her prime interest is in language development strategies. She has many articles written for education journals on her account

Author Judith Logan Invited to a Library Meet & Greet and Book Signing

Author of Not Another Word! is invited to the DeBolt Library to attend her Library Meet & Greet and book signing event. Judith is excited to talk about her novel and the inspiration for her writing. She will be signing copies of her novel as well. Not Another Word! is a mystery tale beautifully penned down by Judith Logan. The story is about a brother and sister, Lacey and Lloyd Jordan who live an industrious childhood damped by sorrow. Their mother abandons them at a young age and their father is in prison for ten years. The story develops itself into a gripping one when Lacey finds out that her foster sisters were disappearing under very peculiar circumstances. Judith Logan was a legal secretary and later an employee at the Provincial Court of Alberta. She had always wanted to become an author. After her retirement she started writing, Not Another Word! is her first novel.

Partnership Elementary School Invited the Author Margaret Scott to Spend a Day with School Students

Partnership Elementary School has requested Margaret Scott to spend a day with young scholars and share her journey of becoming an author with them. She will be reading from her book Jimmy Gets a Pet Passport for the students and answering their questions. Jimmy Gets a Pet Passport is an interesting children’s book based on real-life events of Jimmy the Dalmatian, who was adopted by a Scottish lady working in the USA. When she turned three it was time for her to move back to her Scottish family, however, to get the passport, Jimmy needed to visit the vet. Can she brave up and overcome her fear of visiting a vet? Margaret is a Scottish author who met Jimmy in North Carolina while working as an Operations/Program Assistant at YMCA Camp Sea Gull/Camp Seafarer. In 2015, Margret returned to Scotland which inspired her as a Children's Author following Jimmy's actual life events.

Margret Scott, the Author of Jimmy Gets a Pet Passport will be Visiting a School

Bangert Elementary School has requested a full day visit by Margret Scott, the author of Jimmy Gets a Pet Passport. Margret will spend an entire day with the young students and talk to them about reading books and their pets. She will also share her experience of writing a book about her pet. Jimmy Gets a Pet Passport is a storybook about a lovable and gentle Dalmatian. She lives in North Carolina and her name is Jimmy. When she turns three she needs to visit her family in Scotland. In order to get her passport, she needs to visit the vet but she is afraid of the visit and is feeling anxious. Would she be able to be brave and face her fears? Margret Scott spent her early years in the North East of Scotland. She earned her degree in Sports Development and Health Promotion at University. In Northern Georgia, she worked as a Camp Counsellor, Unit Leader and Sports Director. She also worked as an Operations/Program Assistant at YMCA Camp Sea Gull/Camp Seafarer where she met Jimmy.

Author Judith Logan to Attend Her Book Signing and Meet and Greet in Alberta

Judith is excited to share her book with eager listeners and customers. Coles Books is a famous book store and a regular spot for reading aficionados. Not Another World! is a mystery novel, an enigmatic tale of perseverance with elements of surprise and twists. The story is of Lacey and Lloyd Jordan and their perilous journey. Their father was sent to prison to serve for ten years and their own mother abandons them. Lacey’s former foster brother and sisters keep missing under strange situations. Lloyd has been lost and nowhere to be seen. The story keeps the reader biting on their nails. Judith Logan has been working as a legal secretary before she started working for the Provincial Court of Alberta. Judith always wanted to become an author. She started writing immediately after her retirement and gifted us with the suspense novel Not Another Word!.

Christine Johnson, the Author of Max, Mouse and the Doll's House to Attend a Literary Day Event

Newcastle under Lyme Library has arranged a full day reading session for local authors at the Literary Day. A great turn out of attendants for the event is expected. ‘The Bluebell Wood’ is an engaging and informative picture book for children. The story is about a little girl who went to the woods full of bluebells and visited her friends there. Kelly Wright calls Berkhamsted her home and is an educator for pre-school age children. She was inspired to write this book from her childhood memories of a very similar bluebell woods. She also remembers writing a similar book at age 7, almost 34 years ago.

John Westley, the Author of The Acquisition invited as a Guest Speaker by Frankston Library

Author John Westley has been requested to deliver a talk at the Frankston Library about his novel The Acquisition. John has planned to talk about his inspiration for the storyline and the important aspects of society he has included in his book. Hopefully, he will be able to share his experience about writing the book and getting it published. The Acquisition is a contemporary fiction about corporate ruthlessness of bigger businesses and resilience of smaller traders. The narcissist entrepreneurs running enterprises can go to any length to weed out the competition from the smaller businesses performing well. The story is set in Melbourne, Australia, but readers around the globe who have worked in the corporate workforce will find it relatable and characters that feel realistic for any part of the world. John Westley received his degree in Adult Learning and Development and a Diploma in Freelance Journalism. he spent seven years in Linköping, Sweden working as an English teacher. Later, he gained 20 years’ experience as a professional writer and senior manager across a wide range of industry sectors in Australia. John and his Swedish wife Susanne have four children and currently live in Mt Eliza, Melbourne, Australia.
