‘Imperial India: A Pictorial History’ by A.S. Bhalla received a Shining Review in a Newspaper

Malta Independent has featured A. S. Bhalla’s book ‘Imperial India: A Pictorial History’ praising the choice of title and the layout of the book. ‘Imperial India: A Pictorial History’ is a book that educates about the rich history of sub-continent India, with illustrations of Magnificent palaces, forts and fortresses, victory towers and memorials, in the Indian sub-continent. It depicts the social and cultural history from the times of colonial rulers and Indian and Burmese princes.

Dr A. S. Bhalla did his PhD in Manchester, he has held academic positions at Cambridge, Oxford, Yale and Manchester. He has also served as Special Adviser to the President of International Development Research Centre (IDRC). He has authored and co-authored multiple historical books.
