Our incredible author, Rebecca Watson, gets featured by Lifestyle1 Magazine for her debut book, Call Me Frank. In the feature titled ‘When a Dream Becomes a Reality’ the author spoke about her journey of publishing her debut book. She always loved reading and writing was something she would do in her spare time. She wrote this story when she was in university.

Call Me Frank is the story of a little boy Frank who has no friends at school. He eats his lunch alone during recess time as no one likes to sit with him. One night, before going to bed, he prays to make a new friend. That night, he dreams about an imaginary friend named Charlie. He offers him support, comfort and friendship. This story will make children learn about resilience, creativity and individuality.

Rebecca Watson was born and raised in South Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of South Australia. She is currently living in Adelaide with her husband Mathew and daughter Sofia.
