Zayra was born in a little coastal town on the South East of the island of Puerto Rico. Growing up on the beach, the outdoors was her playground. Her early love for ‘pretend play’ theater and dance sparked a passion for the arts. She fell in love with the creative process. Painting, photography, playing guitar, singing, writing songs and ultimately producing all forms of art.
With the birth of her first child, Zayra created a book to overcome her daughter’s fear of dreaming, enabling her daughter to pick a fun dream each night at bedtime.
