Author ‘Sue Lawrence’ visits Four Lanes Infant School for Book Reading

The author of the new book ‘Harry: A Cat’s Tale’, Sue Lawrence, visited the Four Lanes Infant School and read her book there in front of a large group of children.

The story of the book is about a Tabby cat, Harry, who is very friendly in nature. He lives at Eighty Nine Pavilion way with her mum and brother who adopted him when he was just a kitten.

Now Harry is like most of the cats who love to lie about for the whole day on the couch and does nothing. His favorite time is to take a nap once his owners are out of the house and when he is all by himself.

As he drifts deep into his sleep, he meets some new friends there and is faced by many funny situations. Harry, in his dreams, goes on an adventure, makes new friends there who are lovely in their own way.

The author, Sue Lawrence, lives in London with her son Asten. He is a very imaginative child who gives his mom the ideas about ‘Harry’ (their cat) who goes on adventures and meet new friends there in her writings.

She loves her cat who gives her the inspiration to write such stories.

Sue has just moved to Hampshire where she continued writing about Harry and his adventures.
