A book reading and sales event was hosted on 1^st April 2023 at 1069 Premier Palace 3 from 9 am to 1 pm. The event was organised by the HSF charity. The author, Alice Vye Henningway, was invited to the occasion. The event included a reading of the book, Nyika, I Love You by the author, followed by an interactive session between the author and the audience.

Nyika, I Love You is a fascinating story about two young women in Zimbabwe, a country reeked by civil war, strife and numerous other problems. The friendship of the young girls comes under harsh scrutiny as life becomes difficult in the strife-ridden country. Get yourself a copy from here.

Alice Vye Henningway is an accomplished woman, who has rendered exceptional services to the wildlife and conservancy efforts in Zimbabwe. She is working on her next novel which would trace the origins of her family in Africa.
