Mrs. Duggal immigrated from Sweden to USA at the age of 21 and now lives in Saratoga Springs, NY, near to one of her two sons and his family. After the birth of her children, she earned a BA degree in Sociology, and a Masters Degree in Social Work. For a number of years, she worked with some international organizations concerned with health and social issues.
