Ishfaq Khan studied Economics, Political Science and International Relations at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, and the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, Switzerland.
Ishfaq dedicated most of his professional life to humanitarian work and served humanity in a number of contexts including Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Kirgizstan, Sudan, Libya, Yemen and Iraq.
One of his passion is promotion of education among female and together with his family and friend, he established a primary school in a village of Pakistan.
