Leisa has been writing poetry most of her life – a gift passed down through many generations. Her mother, Margaret, and her grandmother, Pat, are her greatest inspirations. A book lover and a great believer in reading for young people, Leisa loves reading children’s books to her many adopted ‘nieces and nephews’. This children’s book is a long-held dream for Leisa, and she is very excited for you to read it.
