Clare Dodd

As a child, Clare was always reading, and she often spent her pocket money on books. Her passion for reading has never left her. After spending 25 years in primary teaching Clare decided to return to her stories to see if she could become a published author. This is the realisation of a dream she had aged eight, when Clare announced on the school playground that one day she would write a book. Clare lives with her husband Darren and son Luke in the North-East of England. When she is not writing you will find her reading, exploring a castle or baking cakes for her family and friends.
