Lucy Steckler is a Utah native, currently studying at Utah Valley University. She has always been an avid reader and writer, but did not begin writing poetry until serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, sourcing inspiration from her experiences during that time.
