Ann Patricia Turner-Savage grew up in the West country, although her ancestry is most definitely northeast European. Attending Birkbeck and reading ancient lives textual evidence led her on and on like some wonderful ‘will’ to travel in Egypt and the deserts surrounding. Her passion for the ancient peoples of this region is well known. Arabic and Greek speaking and diplomatically inclined has kept her enjoying all the exotica of the past and the present. Patricia is a gifted and accomplished painter and writer. She is outgoing, humorous and adventurous by nature. Possessing a remarkable penchant for living life to the fullest. Her novels echo a keen interest in ancient Egyptian culture and history, and reflect her many journeys along the Nile, living with the local Arabic-speaking communities.
